Insight Product Packages


Insight Subscription (Cloud) Option
Each customer has their own dedicated virtual private and secure server, web server, database, and copy of Insight, hosted by Work Informed, Inc. in a secure data-center facility. This provides you maximum flexibility while reducing your IT costs. The Insight monthly subscription fee is based on the number of managed staff with a minimum of 100 user seats, and includes:
  1. Licensed use of Insight with seat pricing from $25 down to $2.50 per month, based on volume.
  2. Automatic upgrades.
  3. On-site Training (Greater San Francisco Bay Area**)
  4. Access to technical support for 5 team leads (9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST).
  5. Weekly Backup of User Data.
  6. Data Storage up to 1 GB.
  7. A dedicated point of contact.
  8. Product road map information.
  9. An opportunity to make product feature requests that have a general value to all Insight users.
  10. An opportunity to comment on near term product enhancements.
  11. Quarterly status meeting, as desired.
Insight Set-up Services
An initial set up fee of $5,000 provides the following:
  1. Up to 3 training sessions, as needed.
  2. Data migration support, such as the basic organizational and staff structure, initial staff accounts, and work task templates
  3. Creation of the Language of Work specific to the organization
Additional Services:
  1. Daily Backup (at cost)
  2. Staff support and tools to aid in migrating some existing data to Insight at $100 per hour. This is beyond the set up services basic data migration,
  3. On-site Training ($100 per hour plus per diem)

(*) Technical Support is limited within the organization to a few identified staff members. It is our expectation that product experts will be developed within the organization that will be the first source of basic questions, following initial training.
(**) On-site training is included at no charge for Insight customers in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area. For customers outside this area additional travel expenses would apply.

Insight Server System Option
Work Informed, Inc. believes that the subscription model is the direction technology purchases are going and believe that this is the most cost effective and ultimately least expensive choice for customers. However, there are organizations that require physical control of server hardware and installed software. Therefore, we will provide to those customers a fully configured server that contains the supported operating system, web server, database, and Insight.

The Insight Server System pricing is:
  • Configured hardware and software server at server cost plus Insight Set-up Services described below.
  • Licensed use of Insight with seat pricing from $25 down to $2.50 per month, based on volume.
  • Insight upgrades.
  • A dedicated point of contact.
  • Product road map information.
  • An opportunity to make product feature requests that have a general value to all Insight users.
  • An opportunity to comment on near term product enhancements.
  • Quarterly status meeting, as desired.
Insight Maintenance and Upgrade Services
Work Informed, Inc. only supports the current version of the software. Therefore the customer must agree to either upgrade their system soon after release or purchase the Maintenance and Upgrade Services. At the cost of $7,500 per year, Work Informed, Inc. support engineers will:
  • Update software based on agreed to dates and times.
  • Provide updates remotely, if available, using remote login and file transfer.
  • Notify the customer when the updates are completed and verified.
